EGIA is looking for a motivated, energetic, experienced and quality focused individual to join our team as Senior Application Developer. The application developer is a senior member of an industry leading team developing the next generation of online paperless and fully automated consumer and contractor incentive applications and state of the art Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for many of the country’s top utility energy efficiency, water conservation and renewable energy programs.
EGIA is looking for a motivated, energetic, experienced and quality focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Account Manager working out of EGIA’s Sacramento office. The Member Services Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to actively drive membership growth by recruiting new members, retaining and servicing existing contractor members and increase member participation in programs and events. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing membership relations within a broad geographic region. This position will report directly to the General Manager- Member Services.
Manage Member Recruiting, Member Support as well as business development processes. Lead the Member Services team through implementation of newly developed growth strategies which are to be developed by the GM. Grow EGIA membership through training and accountability and program delivery. Train Member Services Team & develop team procedures. Respond to membership inquiries. Support & improve manufacturer relationships. Responsible for training, leading, motivating a five person team. Liaise with other EGIA departments in a respectful and professional manner. Created and implement manufacturer relationship programs. Represent and become an EGIA ambassador at Manufacture events across America. Domestic and International (Canada) travel required for member support and recruiting.
