Question: What's the percent conversion you are looking for on a turnover?

I’m assuming the lead is coming from a technician call – that could be a repair call or a maintenance call.

I think on a service call, it should be 1-in-10 to 1-in-12. If you can get better than that, that’s great.

There are so many variables that go into it, but I’ll say 1-in-10 on a service call and 1-in-20 on a maintenance call.

I’ve seen some companies get down to 1-in-15 on maintenance calls but I think 1-in-20 is the number.
