This video is heavy on the fundamentals of communication and sales process steps. Our goal is to extend the conversation with any client in a fashion that is truly comfortable for the buyer. 13.12 - Performance Improvement Plan of Action: Setting an employee up for success sometimes requires us to create an employee action plan or what we term a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). The goal of a PIP is to establish immediate expectations and feedback based on specific areas of concern. Areas that are identified as action steps are reviewed, at first weekly, and then monthly to facilitate getting the team member back on track. Use this tool to develop your areas of action - they are based on the core values and role descriptions of the employee team member.
