Should I hit my salespeople’s commissions for financing dealer fees?

In June, we surveyed contractors on Employee Benefits. Below is the result from one of the questions we asked:

Do you currently offer health benefits to your employees?

Access to healthcare coverage has become a bigger and bigger topic of conversation in America over the last few years, with most people still receiving insurance through their employer. Largely, the companies we surveyed were in line with those numbers: 63% offer health benefits to their employees, against 37% that do not. While offering health insurance can be expensive, it’s also one of the benefits most expected among employees. As such, it can be a powerful tool in recruiting and retaining talented people – and in getting buy-in from those within the company.

“Partnering with Facebook Services?”

On ContractorConnect.org, George asks: “Has anyone seen where Facebook will start offering service like Amazon service or Google services? Seems they are partnering with companies like Porch, Home Advisor and I believe Houzz. From my experience those lead generating sites are all about generating income for themselves. I’m really curious as how this will affect the ads for companies not enrolled in this program.”

“Obstacles to Air Balancing Residential HVAC Systems”

So what are the obstacles to air balancing? Did you know that air balancing is more common across the country today than ever before? It’s being enforced on many new residential HVAC installations due to code and utility program changes.
