Over the last several months, and continuing into next year, EGIA Contractor University has radically reinvented its online offerings. For a simpler, more systematic roadmap to success for our contractors, the new platform starts with ten online classes built around the ten topics that consistently drive success at home services companies – things like leadership, in-home sales, prosperity mindset, technician communication & selling, and more. Each class features a number of incremental lessons building toward total mastery, with checkpoint quizzes along the way to ensure comprehension of each lesson before continuing on to the next.

Twice a week, EGIA holds conferences calls with industry experts – one designed for owners and GMs, and one for the whole team, from service techs to comfort advisors and everyone in between. During the calls, EGIA Premium Members can ask questions about the issues arising in their businesses and get answers – immediately and catered specifically to their specific problems or opportunities.
