As we all know, the 3 bids objection is one of the most common objections we face. We've discussed this objection extensively throughout our training modules, our weekly training, and our weekly tips. Last week, we received a question asking about how to deal with 3 bids in a commercial application. The truth is, the same strategy that works in a residential situation will also work in a commercial application. So, whether you're talking to a homeowner, a property manager, or a building owner, you're going to have the same basic conversation. You just have to frame the conversation in the proper context.
