Rob Shallenberger will be presenting a special pre-conference educational workshop for EGIA members titled "Becoming Your Best Breakthrough Leadership" on Wednesday, February 8th at the historic Hotel del Coronado in San Diego. This life-changing workshop will lead directly into the San Diego EGIA Contractor University Conference at Hotel del Coronado on the following two days (Thursday, February 9th and Friday, February 10th).
Registration for the workshop with Rob Shallenberger is normally $1,500 per attendee but it is available to EGIA members who are attending the San Diego EGIA Contractor University Conference for only $350 per attendee! So, you've enrolled in the EGIA Contractor University, set your employees up with logins, and told them to go through the training. You're loving the content and processes, but you were expecting better results from your employees. Making the training available to your employees is only the first step. As a trainer/manager/owner, it is your job to make sure that your employees are not only going through the training, but understanding and implementing it as well. You have to go from training your employees to mentoring them. Sounds like a pretty daunting task, doesn't it? Well, it's easier than you think. To help illustrate how it's done, we look back to an interview we did with the head trainer and team builder at Gregg's Home Services, Sean Cummings.
