Should we offer a recommendations sheet when meeting with the customer?

WELDON LONG:
I think what the questioner means here is to have some kind of sheet where you write three or four options out and present them to the customer. The answer in a word is yes! I think it’s really important to have multiple options and there’s a couple of different ways to do this. …

“Ductless Split Sales Process”

On ContractorConnect.org, Terri asks:

“We are working hard on having a complete lead setting system (lead coordinator training, forms, pre-sale emails and confirmation calls) and the EGIA site has been fantastic in helping us get this done.

Does anyone out there have a process specifically designed with a focus towards ductless splits? This is a completely untapped area of our market but our traditional materials, mailers and warranty explanations don’t quite work since they are more focused on traditional ducted systems.

Rather than re-inventing the wheel, I was hoping someone might be able to point us in the right direction for developing those materials (how to choose a ductless split installation / service company)?“
