Back in August 2013, we surveyed contractors on Employee Recognition Programs. Below is the result from one of the questions we asked:
 

Does your company currently have an employee recognition plan in place?

Recognizing the achievements of your employees is a great way to increase the performance, productivity and morale of your staff. Successful employee recognition programs can build an engaged workforce that supports the mission, goals, values and initiatives of your company. When we surveyed our contractor network on whether not their company currently had any official employee recognition programs in place, only 34% said yes, with the vast majority (66%) indicating that they did not have any employee recognition programs in place.
