EGIA Contractor University Weekly Update
EGIA Contractor University Weekly Show
Temperatures are cooling and fall is setting in, and we all know what that means in our business. We're coming off of the summer months, when cutting corners for the sake of saving time may have been a necessity. Now that the season is cooling down, how can we make sure those bad summer habits don't follow us into the slow season? By getting back to basics. For the next few weeks, we will be doing a series of shows dedicated to getting ready for the slow season and getting back to the basics of sales. To kick off this series, we turn to Gary Elekes as he goes over pricing for our tune-ups. Then, Weldon Long shows us how we can increase our average ticket without high-pressure tactics.
