EGIA Contractor University Weekly Update
This Weeks Featured Content

Drew Cameron is one of the most celebrated consultants and educators in the industry, owing to a knowledge base gleaned from working nearly every job in the home services space over the last four-plus decades. In September, Drew will join several other EGIA Contractor University faculty members, as well as 2-time Super Bowl champion and legendary leader Ray Lewis, as a featured presenter at the inaugural Contractor Leadership LIVE event in Cleveland. Each presenter will focus on a topic about which they’re revered as an industry authority, with Drew discussing how leverage, more so than even leads, is the secret to sales success.

Click below to watch Drew’s introduction to the topic, and make sure you register for Contractor Leadership LIVE in time for the September 12 kickoff. The free conference registrations that are included with EGIA membership can be used on CLL!

Selling on a Maintenance Call

hr

Let's say you're running 3 different calls. One of them is a maintenance call, one of them is a repair call, and one of them is a normal sales call. How will your sales process be different for the maintenance call compared to the repair or sales call? The reality is that your process for selling on a maintenance call is exactly the same as with a repair or a sales call. While the specifics of each job may change, your overall goal is always the same: solve problems for the homeowner. The more problems you solve, the more successful you will become.
